From the initial consultation through to construction and final handover, our team ensures every stage is handled with professionalism, transparency and care. We believe a home should be crafted with thought and precision — not just built, but finished to a standard we are proud to put our name to.
Each buyer is supported by a dedicated management team who oversee progress, maintain communication and ensure the build reflects both our standards and your expectations.
Throughout the process, you will receive clear updates, scheduled progress communication and ongoing support, right through to the moment you receive the keys to your new home.
AFTERCARE
Every Kaybee home undergoes thorough quality checks throughout construction. Before handover, a full inspection is carried out and signed off to ensure the home meets our required standards.
While minor settlement snags are common with newly constructed homes, we ensure these are clearly explained within your completion documents, along with the expected timeframe for any required remedial work.
Our support doesn’t end on moving day. We are committed to ensuring you feel confident and supported long after you’ve settled in.
Once you move in, Justin becomes your primary point of contact for aftercare. He will complete a comprehensive home handover with you and remain available for guidance, support or snag resolution as required.
All Kaybee homes come with a 6-year structural warranty, and we schedule a follow-up visit approximately 9–12 months after completion to assess any settlement issues and ensure everything continues to perform as expected.
This level of ongoing care isn’t an added service — it’s our standard, and a reflection of our belief that the customer experience should continue long after the build is complete.
