Materials
Quality is decided long before the finish
We use high-quality materials from local quarries and suppliers where practical. The masons and joiners are Kaybee's own dedicated team, on every site we build. Inside, kitchens and wardrobes are made by Create Bespoke and bathrooms by Henry Rose Interiors.

AIR-SOURCE HEAT PUMPS
Our standard heat source on every new home, running underfloor heating.
MVHR VENTILATION
Specified on selected homes, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery keeps fresh air moving and holds on to the warmth already in the house.
PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
Fitted wherever the roof and the setting allow, generating electricity on site.
